UK Delivery Options

At Kartology, we aim to offer reliable and flexible delivery options across the United Kingdom.

• UK Saver Delivery – Free
  Delivered within 2–3 working days. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
• UK Next Day Delivery – £3.99
  Available on orders placed before 8:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Your order will arrive the next working day.

Please note that delivery options may vary depending on your location, the items ordered, and operational factors. Any updates or changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

International & Customs Information

European Union (EU) Deliveries

All orders shipped to EU addresses are delivered with all duties and taxes paid by Kartology. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.

Non-EU Deliveries

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs or import duties may be applied depending on the value of your order and your country’s regulations.

If any charges are applied, these must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, these fees are outside of Kartology’s control and can vary widely between countries. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further guidance to avoid unexpected charges.

Standard EU Delivery

• Delivery Time: 5–7 working days (excluding weekends)
• Delivery Cost: £5.99

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and seasonal demand.

USA & Canada Delivery

• Delivery Time: 10–12 working days (excluding weekends)
• Delivery Cost: £9.99

Please allow additional time during busy periods or customs processing.

Missing Items or Partial Orders

If part of your order hasn’t arrived, please follow the steps below:

1. Check your dispatch emails — your order may have been sent in multiple parcels.
2. Review the invoice included with your parcel to confirm which items were shipped.
3. If items are missing, contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you’re fully satisfied.

Nominated Day Delivery

Kartology offers a convenient nominated day delivery service, allowing you to choose a preferred delivery date up to 10 days in advance.

• Available Monday to Sunday (excluding public holidays)
• Cost: £3.99
• Includes full tracking and SMS/email notifications

Signature may be required on delivery. While we aim to meet all delivery dates, delays may occur during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed before 8:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

UK Saver Delivery

Orders sent via UK Saver Delivery typically arrive within 3 calendar days. Please allow extra time during bank holiday weekends.

Disputed Deliveries

If we suspect fraudulent activity — such as repeated claims of non-delivery or returns of worn items — Kartology reserves the right to withhold refunds and restrict or block associated accounts.

If you believe an error has been made, please contact our Customer Care team so we can review the situation.

You may dispute a delivery within 28 days of the carrier marking the order as delivered. Evidence may be required before any refund is issued.
